Full Moon Shamanic Journey and Sound Healing @ Mystic Bean

Join us @ Mystic Bean for 2 hours of relaxation on a Full Moon Shamanic Journey + Sound Healing.
Sit or lay on a yoga mat and lounge chairs take in the healing vibrations of the shamanic drum, rain stick, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Didgeridoo, as well as shamanic music and toning.
During a Full Moon Circle, a sacred space will be created, with the support of spirit, and the 4 elements of mother nature (wind, earth, water, fire). Part of a shamanic journey is to always feel safe, supported at all times while you journey within your own heart, re-connect with your inner child, feel loved and shine your own inner light so brightly for the world to see who you are!
Being held in a safe sacred space allows us to feel safe and bring our protective energetic walls down that we have created over live times. We do this with our subconscious to protect our own hearts from being hurt, so we can feel safe within our own energetic space.
As mentioned.. by utilising the elements of mother nature, sound (music, didgeridoo, rain stick, crystal bowls and drumming) my spiritual team and your guides will hold sacred space, while you journey within, and shine light on the areas that no longer resonate with your highest self…. And then journey through a natural process to release and heal in a supported healthy way.
We have a Crystal Tree from our friends at Crystal Forest Gem Trees (Central Coast Small Business) for 1 lucky person to give away at each session.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TIMELINE FOR THE EVENT:
ARRIVAL – 2:00pm for a sage cleanse and into a pre-session meditation (Door Closes 2:15pm)
START : 2:15pm – 4:00pm approx.
What to bring!
- Yoga mat, Water, Blanket and a small pillow if needed (thin yoga mats and bolsters are provided)
- Bring a small crystal for your own mat (optional)
The Full Moon Shamanic Sound Healing Journey will go for approximately 2 hours and is never the same twice… always a different topic and lead by spirit guides who have mastered and love us unconditionally. Providing a nurturing and grounding experience.
There will be time after the session to collaborate with like-minded souls or connect with Kylie or myself to discuss what’s happening in your own awakening or daily journey.
