This cellular massage invites you to drop into deep relaxation through tones, timbres, drones, and rhythms from live handpans, gongs, chimes, flutes, singing bowls, drums and more with magical musician Sean Youngman.

We begin with 30 minutes of gentle yoga shapes and guided breath and body scan relaxation to prepare the body to fully receive the vibrations. Enhance your experience by adding Reiki or Reflexology with Kirstin and Ariel during the journey!

(With Founded and The Preston on your left.) Mishana studio is inside The Preston.
