Entry Ritual with Palo Santo and Tuning Forks: Begin your journey with the sacred smoke of palo santo to clear and cleanse your energy. Feel balanced as you are welcomed with the soothing resonance of tuning forks, aligning your frequencies and setting the tone for the evening.
Crystal Singing Bowl Soundscape: Immerse yourself in a symphony of crystal singing bowls, each corresponding to one of the major chakras. This harmonious soundscape will align your energy centers, promoting self-healing and inner peace.
Native American Flute: Experience the soulful, grounding tones of the Native American flute as they resonate through you, connecting you deeply to the rhythms of nature.
Reiki: As you’re relaxing in the soundscape, receive the gentle, nurturing energy of reiki. Reiki means universal energy and is channeled by a qualified reiki practitioner to facilitate wellness and balance.
Journaling and Reflection: The session concludes with ample time and space to soak in the experience. Take this moment to journal your insights and emotions. Oracle cards will be available to offer additional guidance and clarity on your journey.

For your best comfort, it is recommended to bring:

Yoga Mat (some will be available also)
Pillow
Blanket
Water
Wear comfortable clothing that will also keep you warm while laying down so you can fully let go and enjoy the evening
Eye pillow (optional)
Journal and Pen (needed if you wish to journal)
