Find inner peace as we calm the mind and body with sacred sounds. Scientific research shows the frequency of sound waves lowers anxiety and blood pressure. It is an easy way to get out of your head and nourish your soul. Come discover a state of sweet surrender.

Soothe your nervous system and your whole being as you to drop into deep relaxation through tones, timbres, drones, and rhythms from live handpans, gongs, chimes, flutes, singing bowls, drums and more with magical musician Sean Youngman.

We will begin with gentle stretching and guided relaxation to prepare the body to fully receive the vibrations. Enhance your experience by adding Reflexology/ Thai Massage during the journey.
