Full Moon Crystal Sound Bath With Meditation And Cacao Brisbane City

Join us for an evening of connection, reflection, gratitude and restoration as we gather under the full moon to immerse ourselves in the healing medicine of 432hz quartz crystal bowl sound vibration, accompanied by ethereal vocalisation. Enjoy the heart opening medicine of cacao and come home to your body, quietening the busy mind as we practice a gentle meditation and share in a safe space. This evening is suitable for those who have been to many like it, as well as those who have never done anything like it. My goal is always to meet you wherever you are at. This is a space of acceptance, respect, safety and restoration. I look forward to meeting you and sharing a beautiful evening together.

We will begin the evening with a circle share, meditation and cacao. This will be followed by a 45 minute crystal sound bath and a closing circle share.

This event is open to anyone aged 16 and over.

I have a limited number of mats available to borrow upon prior request - please let me know if you would like to reserve one. Otherwise, please bring your own mat, water bottle and wear comfy clothing. Optionally, you may bring any comfort plushies/blankets, an eye pillow and a journal if you wish.
