Opening the Body to Receive: A Breath-Led Drop-In Before Sound Healing
To prepare the body for deeper receptivity, Mark will guide you through a restorative breathwork practice before the sound healing begins.

You’ll be gently led through three rounds of Conscious Connected Breathing, paired with soft breath holds to calm the mind and relax the nervous system. This gentle yet powerful preparation supports inner stillness and enhances your capacity to receive the full benefits of the sound healing journey.

Mark is a globally registered breathwork practitioner and executive member of the Australian Breathwork Association, known for his grounded, compassionate presence and transformational facilitation.

🎶 What to Expect

We begin with breathwork guided by Mark Moon
Followed by a heart-opening exercise and short guided meditation
Then, you’ll be bathed in the powerful sounds of 40+ Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, 3 majestic gongs, Rainsticks and other sacred instruments
Our sound healers will move around the room, playing instruments close to the body to increase healing effects
A short grounding exercise will gently return you to waking awareness

You’ll leave feeling calm, restored, and deeply connected.
