Allow your inner worlds to be shifted though sound and your full moon illuminate to create a new chapter for your life.

Through Guided Chakra meditation with traditional mantra and sound Meera will take you on a vibrational journey to allow you to manifest from a space of alignment to your higher divine intentions.

Eye mask, pillow, water bottle, blanket and yoga mat, wear comfy clothes or even PJs!
