Full Moon Sound Healing and Yin Yoga

Come and join me on a journey of yin yoga and sound healing under the light of the full moon 🌕🙏💖

You’ll be guided through a meditation to bring you into your body and into the sacred space I have created while bathed in fairy lights. Then you’ll be wrapped in blankets and lead through slow beautiful releasing Yin Yoga.

I shall use my instruments to weave through the space, intuitively playing over you to help assist this journey of releasing, clearing and healing 🌸

Susannah is a yoga and meditation teacher and an energy and sound healer. She is also deeply honoured to be the custodian of Amara Retreat.

Her passion lies with the gathering of beautiful souls and reconnecting them with their feminine yin energy. Allowing them to realign with themselves and leaving them with a sense of inner peace and bliss 🙏💖🌸
