Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of over 40 Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, majestic gongs and rainsticks, all played live to support your body’s return to deep rest, balance and inner stillness.

📍 Location: Margaret Whitlam Recreation Centre (Ground Floor), Waverley Park, Bondi Road, Bondi 🕖 Time: 7:00–8:30 p.m

🎶 What to Expect

We begin with breathwork
Followed by a heart-opening exercise and short guided meditation
Then, you’ll be bathed in the powerful sounds of 40+ Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, 3 majestic gongs, Rainsticks and other sacred instruments
Our sound healers will move around the room, playing instruments close to the body to increase healing effects
A short grounding exercise will gently return you to waking awareness

You’ll leave feeling calm, restored, and deeply connected.

Struggle with sleep, fatigue or insomnia
Want to meditate but find it difficult to settle on your own

Yoga mat or blanket to lie on
Blanket to keep warm
Pillow or bolster (optional)
