Megan is a Qualified Practitioner in Sound Healing and will use a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and voice to create a beautiful soundscape that will help you enter a deep state of release, relaxation and promote healing. The power of sound has been used for centuries to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and we're excited to share this ancient practice with you.

As you lie down on your mat or recliner chair allow the sounds to wash over you, helping to calm your mind and soothe your body. Meg will use instruments the voice, & loop station to create a symphony of vibrations that will resonate with your body, mind, and spirit.

Afterwards it's time to embrace and jump in an ice bath and have a morning dip in the pool.
