FULL MOON Sound Journey @ APEX Pilates Morisset

Join us at APEX Pilates Morisset on YAMBO Street for a 1.5-hour immersive Full Moon Sound Journey experience of relaxation, balance, tranquillity, and healing for the mind, body, and soul.

Through the use of rhythm and frequency, we can shift our brainwaves from the typical beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even into theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep, where internal healing can occur).

What to expect: 

This event welcomes singles, couples, families, and friends to come together at APEX Pilates Morisset on YAMBO Street and feel the transformative power of sound and vibration within your own bodies. You can sit or lay on a yoga mat or cushions while enjoying the healing sounds produced by Shamanic drums, Rain sticks, Gong, Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, and other instruments as well as native music from around the world.

We are also excited to offer a Crystal Tree from our friends at Crystal Forest Gem Trees (a small Central Coast business) as a giveaway for one lucky participant at each session.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TIMELINE FOR THE EVENT:

• Date: Friday, September 20th, 2024
• ARRIVAL: 6:20 PM (Doors close at 6:30 PM sharp)
• START: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• General Admission $35 (no BF)
• Early Bird Tickets (Ends 15th September)
• What to bring: Water bottle, blanket, small pillow, yoga mat. Please ensure you bring anything you need to feel comfortable during the session.

😊 Optional: Eye mask and a small crystal for your mat.

The Full Moon Sound Journey will last approximately 1.5 hours, providing a nurturing and grounding experience for your mind, body, and soul.
