Join us on the evening near the April Full Moon (6pm Fri 11th April) for a rejuvenating sound journey and meditation designed to support your healing.

Using the powerful energy of the full moon, our intention is to clear any blockages in your body and mind, allowing for deep restoration and relaxation.

During the session (up to 90mins in duration), you’ll experience the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, bells, flutes, guitar, voice and didgeridoo, each chosen to help release tension and promote inner peace.

The harmonious sounds will work with your energy system, creating a space for healing and nourishment, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.

Blanket. Once you settle in, your body temperature will drop. As the nights get cooler, you may need a blanket underneath you also. Get cosy & comfortable!
