Full Moon Sound Journey

Join Amanda for a Full Moon Sound Journey on Friday 14th March at 6:30pm

An invitation to harness the energy of the Full Moon to let go, release and realign your physical, emotional and spiritual energies. 

A selection of harmonic and therapeutic sound instruments (including singing bowls, chimes, chalice and gong) along with guided meditation will allow you to drop into deep states of relaxation. 

Limited spaces available

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle and anything else that will help you feel comfortable, along with an open mind. A journal is optional if you’d like to write down any thoughts post session
