Full Moon White Ecstatic Dance

Out door ecstatic dance dressed in white under the full moon.

The full moon is always a powerful time and this outdoor ecstatic dance will draw out the moon's energies as we dance under it's light over looking the ocean. We congregate at our dancing ground at North Coogee Dog Beach park over looking bathers beach and the ocean. The perfect spot for a dance followed by a swim in the moon light.

Dance your being into presence during this time, harnessing the subtle energies and focusing your attention on the magick that is in your dance. A time to stir the pot, cleanse the body, spirit and mind, allowing life force to flow through you and out.

We ask that you dress in white for this evening so we can all be together in this dance meditation, collectively a magnificent ocean of white on the dance floor. Moving with an authentic dance is to release tension, free the judgements and step into compassion for ourselves. This then has the qualities to radiate out into our lives, to our loved ones and our not so loved ones.

Dropping the facade to shine your light will inevitably spread to others on the dance floor raising the vibration of our community as we sync into ecstasy.

No right or wrong and no set moves, open up to a world of possibilities beyond your imagination, with you, the dance floor and great music.

The ecstatic dance is a process of delving into your own individual, original dance, it is so unique to you and how you move that it can not be reproduced by anyone else. This gives us the freedom from constraints and judgements so we can explode our potential to move until it unleashes the dancer within. The room takes on a different energy as everyone drops into their dance and natural ecstasy is reached.

Come as you are or bring a friend, we share a dance floor of like minded souls who move as one and celebrate life in all its complexities by being in the moment.
