Full Moon Winter Solstice Ceremony

You are invited to a special evening where we blend the energies of the year's longest night with a full moon.

Experiences include a powerful group meditation and a ceremony releasing what no longer serves us, as the season's transition into more light.

Please bring:

* yoga mat, cushions and rug (chairs are available if you need them)

* pen and journal

* water bottle
