🌕 Full Moon Sound and Stillness

Join Dee for a calming 60 minute session to honour the December Full Moon - a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect.
Through cacao ceremony, a blend of crystal bowl sound healing, and intentional stillness, you’ll be guided inward to reflect, release, and restore.

This offering invites you to soften into the body, settle the mind, and align with the grounding energy of the full moon - a time to let go of what no longer serves and return to clarity.
