The Aries full moon is an opportunity to put yourself first. Aries is about exploring the inner self - the soul, the spirit, the Atman - so under this full moon, we'll gather together for deeply introspective yin yoga paired with crystal singing bowls, ending with a restful meditation experience.

Yin yoga is a slow, gentle form of yoga, where the poses are held for anywhere from 2-10 minutes. The poses are mostly performed in a seated position or laying down on the mat. Any injuries or conditions can be accommodated for.

You don't need to have any prior yoga experience for this session.

All props are provided for you (mat, bolster, blocks, eye pillows) but you are welcome to bring your own if desired.

Light refreshments will be provided after the event.
