Let's come together for Full Moon Yoga

Monday 3rd July 2023 | 6:00pm - 7.30pm

Join us in our beautiful spacious sanctuary, for mindful movement and connection for the July Full Moon.

Arrive from 6:00pm for a cup of lovely organic tea, all to please arrive by 6:15pm for a gentle vinyasa yoga flow with extended savasana. This class is suitable for beginners through to advanced yoginis. A beautiful opportunity to nourish your mind, body and spirit in a safe, supportive and welcoming space.

BYO yoga mat, water bottle and eye pillow for savasana if you own one (highly recommend). Other optional BYO items - yoga blocks and bolster or a large rolled up beach towel to use as a prop or covering for savasana if you wish.

Our beautiful locally made Eye Pillows are available at the checkout when purchasing your ticket. Select General Admission + Eye Pillow if your wish to purchase one. The Eye Pillows are filled with lupin, rather than oats, so they are perfect for those with gluten allergies

*Unfortunately this class is not for women who are currently pregnant as Bec's certification doesn't include pregnancy yoga at this time (apologies - I truly wish I could include you all).

Directions: Once on Rosewood Drive, turn right at the first round about and follow the maze around and then park in the main carpark in front of the Performing Arts Centre (PAC - which is large dark coloured building right at the front of the school). Enter through the black gates which will be open and then through the glass doors which are on the left hand side.
