Join me for an evening of sound healing immersion by dropping into your heart and connecting to who you truly are.

Vibration is at the core of all life. Tuning into the right frequency of sound can help alleviate physical pain, and shift emotional & mental states. It can re-align us with our natural frequency, bringing about healing, harmony & connection.

I'll be playing the Tibetan sound bowls, crystal bowls, titanium gongs and various sacred instruments tuned specifically to resonate with the energy centres in your body to help you journey within.

Here are some of the benefits of attending a sound healing immersion:

Significantly reduces stress and anxiety

Stimulates the immune system

Assists with lowering blood pressure

Deep relaxation and pain relief

Assists with chakra cleansing and balancing

Helps to calm overactive adrenals

Increases mental and emotional clarity

I look forward to having you journey with me.

PS: Please bring:

1. Yoga mat or similar to lie down on

2. A throw or blanket in case you feel cold

3. A bottle of water or more. Your water will be charged with the sound frequencies emitted from the sacred instruments

4. A pillow or two for your head or under your knees for comfort.

5. An eye pillow if you prefer to journey in complete darkness. I have two styles of eye pillows for sale for $5 and $10 if you'd like to purchase them on the evening - Cash only

6. Why not bring along someone you love with you and let them benefit from this ancient sacred practice?
