Vibration is at the core of all life. Tuning into the right frequency of sound can help alleviate physical pain, and shift emotional & mental states. It can re-align us with our natural frequency, bringing about healing, harmony & connection.

I'll be playing the Tibetan sound bowls, crystal bowls, titanium gongs and various sacred instruments tuned specifically to resonate with the energy centres in your body to help you journey within.
