It's time for a Science Fair!

Calling all curious minds and budding scientists!  Epic Charter Schools is thrilled to invite you to a Science Fair and STEAM event, where the magic of hands-on learning comes alive. Imagine a place where you can roll up your sleeves, test your ideas, and watch the wonders of science unfold right before your eyes.  That’s what our Full STEAM Ahead experiences are all about! 

At this Full STEAM Ahead event, students will have the option to participate in the Science Fair or to observe other students and their Science Fair projects, along with a few other hands on activities.

As you click the button to register for this event, we'll ask you questions to determine how to best prepare for the arrival of your family at our Full STEAM Ahead event.

ITINERARY:

• 12:30 - Students who are participating in the Science Fair will check in and set up their Science project in the designated area. 
• 1:00 - Science Fair begins (All students and families are invited to participate in the Science Fair. Even if you aren't bringing a Science project, join us at this time to celebrate the creativity of our Epic students as they present their projects!)
• 1:00-2:30 -Judges will walk around and judge all Science projects
• 1:00 - STEAM Ahead activities begin
• 2:45 - Science Fair awards ceremony
• 3:00 - Event Ends

Upon arrival, please check in with an Epic staff member who will be in Epic gear and located inside the entrance. We’d also love to see you in your Epic gear!

POLICIES: This event is free. You will register for a ticket using Humanitix which will hold your spot as a reservation. Parents, please register yourself and each of your Epic students. This enables the school and the participating location to staff and plan appropriately. Our locations do have a maximum capacity for groups. Therefore, we ask that when registering your students, you only register Epic-enrolled students so that the spots are filled by our students.

Students cannot be dropped off to attend without a parent or guardian. You will need your student’s Epic ID number and teacher’s name when signing up for this activity in Humanitix.

MEDIA POLICY: This is a public event, and photographs and/or video may be taken during the activities. If you would prefer that your student not be photographed or videoed, please let our Epic staff know during check-in.

CANCELLATIONS: As a reminder, if you sign up to come but are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation using your Humanitix confirmation email. This will open up spots for other students.

INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN: If we have inclement weather we will send out communication by email from Eventbrite to let you know if the activity has been canceled.
