The full moon is a wonderful time to release, let go, and cleanse yourself of whatever it is that is holding you down. We will be working with the energy of the Full Moon as we guide you on a journey of rebirthing breathwork and sound. This Spiritual Breathwork journey is a journey into your inner landscape, an invitation to step out of the mind and into your heart.

This experience that you will be guided on is a safe, powerful practice that allows for deep inner healing and rejuvenation to occur. This will be a comfortable, guided journey that everyone is welcome to join, no experience necessary.

Rebirthing Breathwork is conscious connected breathing through the nose. This particular style of breathwork stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system allowing space for deep nervous system rest, healing and rejuvenation. The breath when practiced in this way can guide you into deep transformational journeys of self-exploration through the inner realms of your body, psyche and spirit.

Following her own spiritual and personal development journey over the past 8 years and healing from past traumas and bringing herself back out of a very deep dark place has allowed Emma to honour her divine feminine and reconnect to her mind, body, heart and soul which has led her on the path to mentoring other's through their healing journey’s.

Emma is trained in many modalities of which she incorporates in her sessions whether 1:1 or in groups.

Emma brings a gentle and soft nature coupled with her ability to hold such beautiful safe, grounded and trauma informed space which is a credit to her and her experience in this field.

Jarrod Bremer

Jarrod has been on a journey of self discovery and healing, for the last 6 years. He walked away from his career of 10 years in construction in 2019, to follow his soul's calling, where he travelled Australia in his van.

Allowing the wind to take him where his spirit needed to be, all while remembering the ancient ways of the land he walked on.
Jarrod has a deep connection and respect for culture and holds protocol and law/lore has his highest values.

Jarrod works with integrity and humility, as he becomes a conduit for the divine to move through. He creates a safe and loving space for transformation.

Jarrod has a large medicine bundle and sharp intuition. He is trained in many modalities and always learning/remembering ways to help others.

Jarrod is well informed when it comes to trauma, he has a high level of emotional intelligence that helps people to go into the spaces they haven't felt safe to go before.

Jarrod believes that, when one heals, we all heal. He loves his purpose and is passionate about helping others find healing and they're true selves.
