Here's a bit about me and my journey to self-love as a soul-player and some more intentions for our retreat together...

Learning to LOVE myself unwaveringly and BE the fully expressed authentic ME has been a lifetime process of pain, breakdowns, breakthroughs, vows, commitment to my ever expanding potential and a deeply humbling and awe-inspiring disassembling of ego structures that felt like death and total renewal of life! I am now a totally different version of the self that I was as the girl who was hiding literally in corners, and behind substance abuse, borderline eating disorders and excuses....

If you are so READY for this kind of Freedom, and to have a Heavenly good time, just being YOU from this moment forward, this retreat is absolutely for you!

Our intentions are to inspire the remembrance of your Joy, Play and Purpose in life... how to be the unbridled YOU, the fun and playful, happy soul who takes life with ease and Grace, who knows how to BE with herself, as her own best friend and confidant and how to be present for the deepest parts of you, as the Divine human self that you are...

Our Retreat takes place at the Riverdell Spiritual Centre, rich in healthy vibrations and long history of Deep Spiritual practices in the Sanctuary where our indoor activities will be held and the Dell where outdoor pixie play happens!

We'll be exploring:

Vibrational Upgrades to our Body/Mind

Freeing the BODY through finding your unique soul movement

Freeing the VOICE through sound to be able to express the true you and speak your truth in your life, to friends and family, in any environment..

Freeing the MIND by learning how to bypass unwanted thoughts, and using the mind to actually seek out high vibration thoughts, words and actions automatically, instead of the ho hum yukky old self-talk that has plagued you long enough!

And freeing the SOUL, who wants to PLAY and create without judgment, with total abandon, without expectations, and with absolute unconditional love and acceptance by YOU the creator self of love and light...

This feels more like home right? No wonder we have felt so lost! Our true home is in the light of love, laughter and creativity!

We begin at 5pm Friday the 27th and finish at 4:00pm on Sunday 29th.
