I am Breeza Love and I guide and support women willing to remember the truth of their unique inner power through Embodyment + Mindset coaching!

Nothing brings me more joy and happiness than witnessing women rise to the full expression of who they are. Women's circles offer a safe and intimate space for women to move through the deeper layers of their vulnerability and open their shadow work to release dense energy!

Movement allows us to access stagnant and blocked energy beyond what the mind can access. When we move our bodies, we empower ourselves and reclaim our own self-healing ability, releasing unwanted energy, and connect to our divine source that is more powerful than anything external to you.

What to expect:

During our time, we are given the opportunity to share our relationship with the unique theme of class and breaking free from self-limitations, old paradigms, old stories, and conditions that are no longer a service to us.

We call in the spirit of Movement to create a shift of focus, coming out of our mind and returning home to create a connection with our bodies. Somatic movement supports us to move through uncomfortable emotions beyond a cognitive level evoking a deeper connection to our body for release. We give ourselves full permission to let go of the lower-level emotions and break down more layers of shame, fear, and separation.

I created these circles as I know what it feels like to feel alone in the world, to feel so isolated and afraid to share from a vulnerable place. When brave, strong women join together, we remember we are not alone, but finding our way home together.
