Fun Fitness Foundation (FFF) are structured, engaging before and after-school programs designed specifically for primary school students. Each session combines play, movement, and foundational fitness skills in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.

We focus on helping children:
✅ Build confidence and self-belief
✅ Develop friendships and social connection
✅ Improve coordination, balance, and body awareness
✅ Learn fundamental movement patterns (run, jump, squat, push, pull, rotate)
✅ Establish positive habits around health, fitness, and wellbeing

Most importantly — kids enjoy it. When children associate movement with fun, they’re far more likely to stay active for life.

Program Details

10 x 45 Minute sessions (+15min collection)

Runs Every Week from week 2 until week 11 (End of Term)

🗓 Day: Wednesdays (Except Session 3* - Friday 15th of May)
⏰ Time: 3:15pm–4:15pm (session begins 3:30pm)
📍 Location: John XXIII College - Primary Undercover area

Session 1 - Wednesday 29th of April

Session 2 - Wednesday 6th of May - Free Trial Ends.

Session 3* - Friday 15th of May (*NOTE*)

Session 4 - Wednesday 20th of May

Session 5 - Wednesday 27th of May

Session 6 - Wednesday 3rd of June

Session 7 - Wednesday 10th of June

Session 8 - Wednesday 17th of June

Session 9 - Wednesday 24th of June

Session 10 - Wednesday 1st of July - Last Session of Term 2!

What does a session look like?

Each session is designed to keep kids engaged, active, and learning without it feeling like a chore.

These are either our Fun club or Run Club sessions.

3:15pm – Pickup from classroom area (supervised)

3:30pm–4:15pm – FFF Fun Club Session

Fun Club Sessions typically include:

🎯 Fun group games & team challenges
🏃‍♂️ Movement skill development (running, jumping, coordination)
💪 Bodyweight strength & control exercises
🤝 Partner and group activities to build teamwork & friendships
🧠 Short mindset or confidence-building elements
😄 A positive, high-energy environment where every child is included

Pricing & Registration

We want families to feel confident before committing — so we offer 2 Options to get involved:

👏 Full Registration Upfront $160 for 10 Total sessions ($16each)

Be Locked in for the full school term
Minimise Admin Required (No need for double registration)
Maximise Friends, Fun and Fitness

OR

🎉 First 2 sessions FREE (trial period)

After the trial, you can choose to continue:

💰 $160 for remaining 8 sessions
(Only payable if your child wishes to continue after the trial)

✔ Simple, upfront payment
✔ No lock-in beyond the 8-session Term

✔ Limited spots to ensure quality coaching and engagement
