A workshop for all 12-18 educators, delivered by Laureen Barnard and Katherine Shearer.

Join Laureen and Katherine as they guide you on a journey beginning with the touchstone of adolescent needs, through to aligning the design of the Montessori Centre of Study & Work for adolescent development. Hear all about Social Organisation in context, practical Production and Exchange, successes and barriers. From startup and defining non-negotiables they hope to traverse to the basics of sustaining an adolescent community, and slide into a discussion of the practical challenges of our work and some of the strategies that might help meet these challenges. Participant questions and interaction will be encouraged so please bring your wonderings and ideas to the discussion.
