Rather then being lost in metaphysical abstraction and disconnected from reality, Buddhism teaches us quite the opposite, encouraging us to develop intimacy with our experience. It is through seeing the uniqueness of our experience that we can develop an honest relationship with ourselves and our experience, thus transforming our lives and empowering oneself to be more in accordance with reality.

This 3 session study group, offers an excellent exploration of the fundamental approach of Buddhism and how it relates to life in general. Facilitated by students of Traleg Rinpoche, the study group includes:

- meditation instruction;

- study of Traleg Rinpoche's teachings on Transforming the Mind; and

- lively discussion

The sessions will take place in E-Vam's Online Space. The relaxed online environment provides perfect opportunity to connect with others interested in Buddhist ideas, while deepening ones understanding in a helpful way.

This study group is open to all individuals under 35, with an interest in Buddhism. Equally powerful for those new to Buddhism who wish to understand and integrate the key principles, and to those with an established practice, who wish to realign and deepen their understanding as it relates to practice.
