Adams Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43221. “Purchaser” means the person or entity placing the order. “Terms” means these terms and conditions and all references incorporated herein. “The contract is agreed” means that by completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase products which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract fully incorporating these terms and conditions. Please note that your registration will not be complete until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized. By using the website to consume content or buy products or services online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and are consenting to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. Terms Cancellation or Rescheduling If the event the Purchaser is registering for is cancelled because of unforeseen circumstances, EWI will either issue a full refund or reschedule the event at EWI’s sole and reasonable discretion. Humanitix This purchase is being made using the Humanitix website and is also subject to the terms and conditions of Humanitix. LIMITATION OF EWI LIABILITY EWI HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EWI makes no representation or warranty concerning the accuracy or reliability of the information contained in any EWI training course or physical training materials (collectively, “Training Materials”) that may be distributed. Any training materials are intended solely for training and educational use. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that if he or she acts upon or uses the information in the training materials that they do so at their own risk and assume the risk of any and all liability associated therewith or arising therefrom. If EWI Training Materials are to be distributed to attendees, then Purchaser will cause all copies of the Training Materials to be marked with the disclaimer notification provided below. Such notice will be placed in the Training Materials (i) with or near the title; or (ii) at or immediately preceding the end of the Training Materials: DISCLAIMER NOTIFICATION
