From struggling to best in class: What does it take to transform an established fundraising program into one of Australia's standout Individual Giving success stories?

In the latest instalment of our 'Fundraisers helping Fundraisers' webinar series, FED's Jonathon Grapsas will sit down for a Q&A session with Sara Lefkovic, Head of Fundraising and Supporter Engagement at The Lost Dogs' Home, to unpack the organisation's remarkable fundraising evolution over the last five years.

Together they'll explore how The Lost Dogs' Home has grown; from the strategic decisions that drove the change, to the investments that paid off (and those that didn't), and how the team has balanced innovation with fundraising fundamentals to deliver lasting results.

Sara will share key milestones, challenges and lessons that have shaped the organisation's journey, from strengthening individual giving and regular giving to expanding digital fundraising, supporter engagement and long-term growth.
