It's the age-old conundrum...Do we focus on getting more donors, or spend more time on caring for the ones we've got?

Whilst the obvious answer is "Both!"; the reality is not that simple.

In the latest instalment of 'Fundraisers helping Fundraisers' we explore how two organisations, whilst very different from each other, have taken a similar approach to growing their individual giving programs.

Come and listen to Pam from RFDS Qld and Simone from the PA Research Foundation discuss:

How keeping your high-value supporters on the inside track makes them feel special and, in turn, give more
The role that supporter events, personalised treatment and gifts play in generating high-value donations
How every team member pulling in the same direction helps raise more money
How to respond to feedback such as 'that costs too much' and 'donors won't like it'

Real-life, practical examples of two charities that are walking the walk when it comes to their mid and high-value fundraising.
