Fungi Feastival Dinner at the Drom

Join us for a 1 night only fungi-based 3 course dinner in conjunction with the Fungi Feastival. This amazing festival of all things fungi has been organised by some passionate locals who are celebrating just one of the many delicious food groups grown in our beautiful region.
We'll be using locally grown mushrooms and truffles alongside other fungi-based ingredients.
*Honourbread with house-churned truffle butter
*Mushroom bavarois with wood roasted mushrooms & truffle
*Angel hair pasta, shimeji mushrooms, cured egg yolk, black sesame, miso
*Porcini mushroom & local honey creme catalana

Our usual menu will not be available on the night.
We’ll also be featuring various fungi-based dishes on our main menu throughout the fungi feastival.
