• What time do the gates open on Friday, the 2nd and Saturday, the 3rd?

  Gates open at the following times.

  Friday: 4:30 pm
  Saturday: 2:00 pm

• Do kids have to buy a ticket?

  Kids 12 and under are FREE!

• Where can I park at Funktafest X?

  General parking is available throughout Ritter Park and along Caldwell Road, including designated areas surrounding the amphitheater. Parking spaces directly above the amphitheater near the main entrance are reserved for VIP Pass holders and qualifying Funktafest sponsors. We encourage attendees to arrive early, carpool when possible, and follow all posted parking and event signage. 🚗✨

• Can I bring a lawn chair, chairback or blanket?

  Yes, they are allowed.

• What time do the musical acts begin at Funktafest X?

  The acts begin at the following times.

  Friday: 5:30 pm
  Saturday: 3:00 pm

• Can I re-enter Funktafest X if I leave?

  Yes, if you keep your wristband on and it is intact and unaltered, then yes, you may re-enter. If you purchase a single-day ticket, you may only use your wristband for that particular day. Different, single-day wristbands will be issued for each day, Friday and Saturday.

• Can I enter or go out the back gate at Funktafest X?

  No, only the musicians / DJs, all other artists/yogis, sound production crew, and coordinators are allowed to enter and exit through the back gate.

• When does Funktafest X end on both nights?

  The last acts are scheduled to finish Funktafest X at 10 pm on both Friday and Saturday.

• Will I need a new wristband for Saturday if I attended on Friday?

  It depends on the type of ticket you purchased. Guests who purchased a Weekend General Admission Pass or Weekend VIP Pass will keep the same wristband and do not need a new one on Saturday. If you purchased a Friday-only ticket, you will need to purchase a Saturday General Admission ticket and receive a new wristband for entry on Saturday. 🎟️✨

• Are there opportunities to volunteer at Funktafest X?

  Yes! Funktafest X relies on an incredible team of volunteers to help create a safe, welcoming, and unforgettable experience for attendees, artists, vendors, sponsors, and community partners.

  Volunteer opportunities may include:

  Most volunteer shifts are approximately 4 hours in length. Volunteers who complete their assigned shift—or approved pre-festival Volunteer+ duties—are eligible for Volunteer+ Rewards, including festival admission, hospitality access, and an official volunteer T-shirt.

• What perks do volunteers enjoy at Funktafest X?

  Volunteers are the heartbeat of Funktafest, and we want to make sure they’re taken care of.

  All volunteers who complete a full shift (4 hours) during the festival—or who complete approved pre-festival duties, such as hanging 25 Funktafest X posters as part of the Official Street Team—will receive Volunteer+ Rewards, including:

  ✅ Weekend General Admission access to Funktafest X after completion of your volunteer shift or approved Volunteer+ duty (excluding the Official After-Party)

  🍽️ Access to the Volunteer Hospitality Area, including complimentary food, snacks, water, and refreshments while on shift

• Are dogs allowed at Funktafest?

  We are happy to be a welcoming space for our furry friends. Yes, as long as they are on a leash and you are responsible for watching and cleaning up after them. If any pet that is aggressive, disruptive or unruly, owners will be asked to remove the pet from the festival grounds.

• Can I bring food, drinks, coolers, or tumblers inside the amphitheater at Funktafest?

  No. Only a single sealed bottle of water per person is allowed past the gate when you enter.jkjhkningle sealed bottle of water per person is allowed past the gate when you enter.

• Will there be food and drinks available for purchase at Funktafest?

  Yes, there will be three food trucks outside the amphitheater in the parking lot (and one inside the amphitheater), and the beer tent will have a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (pop and water) available for purchase.

• Will there be new merchandise for this year’s Funktafest?

  Yes, we have new Funktafest X festival t-shirts, Funktafest X koozies, Funktafest X stickers, Funktafest X suncatchers, and Funktafest X posters available for sale.

• Will there be any older Funktafest merchandise available for purchase?

  Yes, there will be Funktafest merchandise from last year and even other years past at reduced CLEARANCE prices

• Can I bring an umbrella?

  No, you cannot bring an umbrella. Rain jackets and ponchos are welcome if inclement weather is expected.

• Do Funktivities, such as FunkYoga, the Funky Kidz Corner, Silent Disco, and Funky Disc Golf cost anything?

  No, FunkYoga, the Funky Kidz Corner, Silent Disco and Funky Disc Golf are FREE to all ticket holders. But please take note that the Funky Kidz Corner and the Silent Disco will only be held on Saturday, 10/3. Funky Disc Golf and FunkYoga will be available on both days. In fact, Funky Disc Golf is FREE to all people, even non-ticket holders on both days since it's outside the amphitheater grounds.

• Can children participate in Funktivities, such as FunkYoga, Funky Disc Golf, and Silent Disco?

  Yes! Children are welcome to participate in many of our Funktivities, including FunkYoga, Funky Disc Golf, and Silent Disco, provided they are accompanied and supervised by a responsible participating adult.

  We simply ask that all participants, regardless of age, behave respectfully toward fellow attendees, instructors, facilitators, and the shared spaces in which these activities take place. Our goal is to create a fun, welcoming, and positive experience for everyone involved. 💚✨🥏🧘🎧

• Where will FunkYoga be held this year?

  FunkYoga will be held on both days, Friday and Saturday.

  FunkYoga will NOT be held inside the DAR Cabin, like in previous years. FunkYoga will be held immediately when the gates open near the mainstage from 4:30 - 5:30pm on Friday and 2:00 - 3:00pm on Saturday. There will be some sanitized yoga mats available to use in case you wish to not bring your own. Sessions wioll be held by experienced yogis, as in years' past.

• Do FunkYoga participants need to bring their own yoga mats?

  As stated above, no, yoga mats will be provided to those who wish to participate in FunkYoga. If you wish to bring your own yoga mat, that is entirely optional to you.

• What time does the Silent Disco begin?

  The Silent Disco begins Saturday ONLY at 8 pm and will end at 10 pm.

• Where will the Silent Disco be held this year?

  The Silent Disco will be held in the same location it has been in the past three years, atop the amphitheater near the restrooms and behind the wall where the vendors are set up on the concrete path.

• What do I get with a purchase of a Funktafest X VIP Weekend Pass?

  VIP WEEKEND PASS PERKS:

  • VIP Parking in the upper parking lot near the front gate on Friday (10/2/26) and Saturday (10/3/26)

  • VIP Admission to Funktafest X on Friday (10/2/26) and Saturday (10/3/26) which includes the following:

    • (1) Funktafest X swag bag (t-shirt, sticker, bag (t-shirt, sticker, koozie), redeemable at the merch tent

      on either day

    • Access to the VIP Hospitality and Lounge Area (FREE catered food & beverages) on both days

    • (2) complimentary drink tickets, redeemable at the beer tent on either day.

• Can I bring my professional photography equipment?

  Unfortunately no, we have media members hired to take photographs of the event. You’re welcome to casually take pictures with your phone and other appropriate technology, but please, no professional photography. If you are interested in being a part of our media team, feel free to reach out to contact@funktafest.com ahead of the event.

• Will there be an ATM available?

  Unfortunately, no, there will not be an ATM, but all of our money stations: front gate, merchandise, and beer tent take credit cards and digital payment as acceptable forms of payment. Additionally, most of our vendors, if not all, will take credit cards or digital forms of payment as well.

• Can I bring fireworks?

  No, fireworks are not allowed or permitted to be set off.

• Does a General Admission or VIP Weekend Pass include admission to the official Funktafest X After Party at The Loud on Saturday, October 3?

  Unfortunately, no.

  The Funktafest X After Party is a separate ticketed event held at THE LOUD following the festival.

  After Party tickets start at $5 during the Level One launch and will increase through subsequent ticket tiers. If available, tickets will be $15 at the door on October 3.

  To help support the costs associated with producing the event, complimentary admission is limited to credentialed After Party staff and scheduled After Party performers. All other attendees, including festival performers, artists, vendors, volunteers, and guests, will need to purchase an After Party ticket.

  Please note that THE LOUD is an 18+ venue.

• Do volunteers receive complimentary admission to the Funktafest X After Party?

  Thank you for volunteering and helping make Funktafest possible!

  The Funktafest X After Party is a separate ticketed event, and volunteer credentials do not include complimentary admission.

  To help offset the costs of producing the After Party, complimentary admission is limited to scheduled After Party performers and credentialed After Party event staff working the event.

  Volunteers are welcome and encouraged to attend, but must purchase an After Party ticket like other attendees. Tickets start at $5 during the Level One Launch and will increase through subsequent ticket tiers.

  Please note that The Loud is an 18+ venue.

• Will After Party tickets be available for purchase in advance online?

  Yes! In fact, we strongly encourage attendees to purchase their After Party tickets in advance.

  After Party tickets will be available online through Humanitix during the Level One Launch and all subsequent ticket tiers. Purchasing early not only guarantees your spot, but also saves you money, as ticket prices increase throughout the year and will be highest at the door on October 3.

  Tickets can be purchased directly through the Humanitix event page or by visiting Funktafest.com, where you’ll be routed to the official ticketing site.

• How much are tickets to the Funktafest X After Party?

  After Party tickets start at just $5 during the Level One Launch and increase throughout the year as ticket tiers advance. Tickets purchased at the door on October 3 will be $15 CASH ONLY, if available.

  We encourage attendees to purchase tickets in advance through Humanitix or by visiting Funktafest.com, where you’ll be directed to the official ticketing page. Purchasing early guarantees the lowest price and helps support the event. 🎟️✨

• Can I still get tickets to the After Party if I don’t purchase them in advance?

  Yes. If tickets remain available, they may be purchased at the door at THE LOUD on the night of the After Party. However, advance purchase is strongly encouraged, as capacity is limited and tickets may sell out prior to the event.

  Please note that door tickets are $15 CASH ONLY. 🎟️🕺✨

• What time does the After Party start?

  Doors for the Funktafest X After Party at The Loud open at 9:00 PM on Saturday, October 3. Live music and entertainment begin at 10:00 PM and continue late into the night. Arrive early, grab a drink, connect with fellow members of the FunktaFam, and get ready to keep the celebration going after the festival wraps up! 🎶🕺✨

• When does the After Party end?

  The Funktafest X After Party is expected to continue until approximately 2:00 AM. Come ready for a late-night celebration filled with music, dancing, and good vibes as we close out another unforgettable year of Funktafest. 🎶✨🕺
