Join us in a fun and sassy dance workshop to celebrate ‘We are Family!’

An exciting blend of burlesque, barre and jazz dance that is sure to get you movin’ and groovin’ like never before!

This dance workshop is held during Albany's Pride Festival on Saturday 2nd March 2-3pm. We invite everyone to dress up and join in the fun, and welcome anyone, even if you haven't done much dance before! The workshop is $20 for one, or bring a friend/ family member and it is $35 for both (plus booking fees).

There will be door prizes, including a prize for ‘best dressed’. So, have a rummage through your wardrobe, dress bright and loud, and put on those dancing feet!

Terms & Conditions

Students need to bring their OWN water bottle to dance.
Please remember there is to be no food or drink in the dance space except water. Please also take your own food/drink waste with you as ACD has no regular rubbish removal/plus potential ant issues!
Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance and all students are encouraged to use this upon entry. Soap and water is available in the toilet.
Please do not attend dance classes if you are unwell, stay safe and rested at home. Please also advise us if you are diagnosed with Covid-19 and have been at dance.
All students are encouraged to not use phones whilst at dance.

Albany Contemporary Dance takes duty of care towards students very seriously. However, parents & students acknowledge that dance is a physical art form and there is a low risk of injury. Parents and students must also acknowledge that they have read and will abide by the Terms & Conditions.
