Join Further Faster for a ladies-only night, all about Mountain Running.

We are so lucky to have Sia Svensdon and Kristina Anglem joining us instore to discuss all things Mountain Running.

Whether you are new to the sport, want to look at ways to prevent injuries, increase endurance, how to manage Aunty Flow or even just find new trail snack ideas, this is the night for you!

Also, a great opportunity to meet other women who love to run in the mountains.

Perfect for if you are thinking of running Goats Pass, Oxford Odyessy, something like the Craigieburn Ultra,or hiking the Te Araroa, or just exploring more of the mountains, Sia and Kristina have a lifetime of experience to share!

When: Wednesday July 8th - NOTE: WOMEN ONLY EVENT, sorry fellas!

Time: 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start.

Where: Further Faster, 57a Buchan St, Sydenham, Christchurch

What: Bring your best homemade trail snack! And the recipe to share! We will try each others and give a prize to the best one!

All profits from the evening will go to the Kea Conservation Trust.

The Kea Conservation Trust was set up in 2006 to assist in the conservation of wild Kea (Nestor notabilis) in their natural habitat and to increase the husbandry standards and advocacy potential of those Kea held in captive facilities within New Zealand.
