Join us for a weaving workshop guided by First Peoples artists from The Torch, sharing cultural knowledge, story, and traditional skills. Together, we’ll spend two hours learning basket-weaving techniques and experiencing the therapeutic, connecting power of art.

Across generations and regions, weaving remains a vital expression of First Nations culture and identity. More than a practical skill, this workshop is a space for storytelling, mindfulness, and community connection. Through every thread, participants gain insight into the ongoing revival of cultural practice and the vitality of contemporary First Peoples art.
