TEMPLE OF GRIEF & ECSTASY

If you want to awaken to ecstasy, you must first allow your heart to open to grief.

To be human is to know loss - the loss of love, safety, innocence, connection and parts of ourselves we once were. And yet, so many of us have been taught to silence it, suppress it or carry it alone.

This Temple is a space to return - to honour what has been held in the body, to give permission for feeling to move and to soften the armour around the heart.

Together, we will explore:
🖤 The sacred expression of grief
🖤 The tenderness of a heart that has loved and lost
🖤 The liberation that comes when emotion is allowed to flow
🖤 The awakening of ecstasy as your natural aliveness

All of you is welcome here - the breaking, the longing, the numbness, the beauty, the life that wants to move through you.

The Grief Ceremony will be guided by Sacred Initiatrix Gayatri Beegan.

If your heart feels the call, please join us.
