  How to become an effective communicator with a focus on the skill of active listening.

• EQ & ITS IMPACT ON LEADERSHIP

  Emotional intelligence and control impact how you turn up for yourself and others. This skill will allow you to reduce the amount of drama and volatility in your team.

• MINDSET
  What is it and how to leverage it to elevate how you perform and how to increase your resilience
