🌟 Join the Future Leaders Forum 2023: Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders! 🌟
The 2023 Youth Advisory Group of The Rural City of Wangaratta is thrilled to unveil the much-awaited Future Leaders Forum scheduled for October 13th, 2023. This event will take place at the Wangaratta Performing Arts and Convention Centre.

Who's Invited? We cordially invite young people from secondary schools between the years 7 to 10. We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and engaged young individuals who are eager to foster their leadership skills and expand their networks.
What to Expect: Throughout the day, attendees will be immersed in a series of thought-provoking activities designed to inspire personal growth and leadership development. The Future Leaders Forum is a platform for young people to engage actively, share insights, and ignite their passion for leadership.
Catering will be provided on the day. Please make sure you fill in your dietary requirements.
Distinguished Guest Facilitators: Prepare to be inspired by our lineup of distinguished guest facilitators, each bringing a wealth of expertise and unique insights to the forum:
- Al Taylor from Al’s Skate Co: focussing on healthy headspace & physical health & well-being.
- Nicho from the Mandala Project: Nicho will do activities and ice breakers then look at Leadership archetypes.
- Tammy Atkins: Will be discussing understanding the importance of networking, its definition, and how it can propel you forward (this is tailored to young people: how networking can get you your first job, work experience etc); exploring social media with an emphasis on its do's and don'ts; and a networking practice session focusing on basic body language skills for events.
