Future of Leadership returns in 2021

In 2020, the world faced one of the (if not the) largest modern business and societal crisis' - overcoming the barriers and obstacles imposed by the effects of the global COVID-19 pandemic. Many leaders struggled to keep teams, businesses and brands afloat through this difficult and unknown period, and continue to feel the knock on effects; and will do for potentially years to come.

What was it that made a good leader through the pandemic?

What became more apparent than ever; a good leader can never rest on their laurels. A mindset of continuous improvement, agility and innovation is not just ideal, but necessary. As is new skills such as successfully leading and engaging effective remote teams.

Much of what will form great leadership now and in the future, is not from profound knowledge or exemplary skills; but the ability to interpret and influence human behaviour - the intangible.

This has long been a firm belief at The Future of Leadership and has sat at the core of the program of events and experiences over the last 8 years.
