In the morning we'll be looking at and tackling the issues Landcare groups are currently facing with volunteer recruitment. Then learn what gets people engaged in today's era of volunteering and what is working for other groups like yours.

In the afternoon session take this focused time to plan a strategy for recruiting the volunteers you need in 2026. With our step-by-step help, we'll also give you tips to make sure it's manageable and enjoyable for the size and capacity of your current group.
