The Future Proofing workshop is for family members and caregivers of people with intellectual disability, aimed to help you to plan and prepare for the future.
The workshop will cover topics including:
- Services that can help you
- Circles of Support and Microboards
- Carer wellbeing and advocacy
- Supported Decision Making
- Wills and guardianship
Join us in the Future Proofing workshop at SACID.
Free for family members of people with disability.
$210 fee for professionals. Limited places available for professionals. Includes catering and the amazing planning resources provided within the workshop.
