Join Flexible Working Scotland and Louise Day, voice therapist, speech and language therapist and singer, for a practical session on feeling more at ease when you speak.

If you struggle with your voice and feel it holds you back from opportunities, this session is for you.

Whether it’s speaking up in meetings, giving presentations or simply feeling heard, many of us find that nerves or a lack of confidence in our voice get in the way of expressing ourselves fully.

In this session, Louise will share practical tools to help you:

project your voice with more ease
manage nerves before and during speaking
speak up with confidence in meetings
feel more comfortable giving presentations

You’ll leave feeling more confident expressing yourself, at work and beyond.

This is a webinar and will be recorded. The recording will be sent to you after the session if you can’t make it live!
