About Asia Faulds

Asia Faulds is Head of Data Science at Booksy, where she is building the company's data science team from scratch.

She moved into data herself seven years ago and has since worked at the BBC and Trustpilot, building recommendation systems and leading AI teams.

As a hiring manager, she has reviewed hundreds of CVs and interviewed candidates at every level. Asia is also a certified coach who helps people with career changes, CVs, interviews and confidence, and she writes The Data Pragmatist on Medium.
