This session cuts through the media noise (the "9-to-5 is dead" headlines don't match what's really happening in Scottish workplaces) and gives you the real picture instead. You'll leave knowing your current flexible working rights and how they're changing, plus practical tools to find, request, negotiate or even create the flexible pattern that suits you. There'll be time for questions and discussion too, and you'll know exactly where to go for further support from FWS afterwards.

Whether you're job hunting, in work and want to change how you work, or just curious about your options, this is a chance to get honest answers and a plan you can actually use.
