This session is about having rock solid foundations.  

Music: African Beats, Body Percussion, Tribal Rhythms & Didgeridoo & Music of the Plants.

  Week 2 WATER 

How in touch with your emotions are you? 

Do you get lost in them? 

Do you trust your intuition?

 Do you relationship dramas?  

This session is about letting it FLOW. 

Music: Middle Eastern Beats & Belly Dance Rhythms & Crystal Bowls.  

Week 3 FIRE  

How attuned are you to your passions? 

Do you complete everything you start? 

Do you act on your will?

Do you follow your passions?  

This session is about activating your WILL.

Music: Ecstatic Dance, Gypsy Beats, & tribal warrior rhythms.   

Week 4 AIR  

How confused do you get? 

Do you have troubles getting new perspectives on life?

Do you get stuck in your head? 

To coming up with new ideas challenge you?

This session is all about breath and clarity of mind. 

Music, Americas, Sky Gods, Chants and Rhythms for the heart.

Week 5 ALCHEMY

You've mastered the elements to the best of your ability. This session is all about the combinations and infusing them with SPIRIT. Get it right and you have found your GOLD.
