5 Week Live Online Course on Gaining Emotional Intelligence.

Emotional Intelligence actually is it is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways.

Understanding ourselves is the key to creating a life that feels right for us and making slight tweaks and adjustments to take our life to the next level.

We all struggle with different issues at times, that's normal. Learning to recognise, understand adjust is the key to creating a life that brings us joy.

This 5 week course includes a weekly Tuesday night live online interactive group sessions (one and a half hours) to delve into the areas of understanding what emotional intelligence actually is and the benefits of this skill set, developing self-awareness , developing confidence, the all too common behaviour of people pleasing (especially so for women) and the trap of the guilt trip.

As a private small Facebook group, we will explore these topics as a part of gaining an understanding of emotional intelligence.

Also included are workbooks and videos to support your personal development journey throughout each week and a group live webinar each week.

Interactive live online course every Tuesday night from 7pm to 8:30pm starting on 18th January 2022 and including 25th January, 1st February, 8th February and 15th February 2022.
