What does Self-Love mean to you? The colour pink, a rose quartz ish colour makes me think of self-love. Let's wear soft and dusty pinks to help us tune into the softness of self -love and friendship!

This year at Galantine's Day (a day for friendship among women), I am bringing us together for some sister time to delve into self-love.

Love coach and facilitator, Shannon works with high vibe single women to help them find love, for this event, she brings women together to celebrate friendship, self-love, and meaningful connection – the heart of Galentine’s Day.

Her talk explores how we nurture ourselves and each other through every season of life, and why choosing connection and shared experience helps us thrive in life and love!

Kasey Tydde – Owner, Power Plate Studio Noosa
Kasey’s focus is on strength and nourishment, guided by three key ideas: power, purpose, and protection.

She reframes self-love through the body – not as a restriction or fixing, but as something we actively give to ourselves to support real life, real energy, and long-term wellbeing.

Connect with locals - this is a celebration of women, friendship, and Love. We have door prizes, and a short presentation on self-love and friendship. The lovely and knowledgeable Kasey Maree will share a talk on how focussing on our health helps us tune into self also!

Whether you are single and want to meet someone, uninterested in that or partnered, this event is for women from any walk of life.
