ABOUT HALAD TO HEALTH

Halad to Health is a not-for-profit GAMSAT tuition, medical interview preparation and health volunteering experience (missions) provider. Across all our services, we believe in mentoring the future doctors and health professionals to have a global and real perspective of health inequalities across the world as they embark on health careers.

Funds raised from all services go towards the Halad to Health Foundation Philippines, who are providing free mental health education and counselling services to some of the most disadvantaged communities in rural Philippines. ‘Halad’ means an ‘offering’ in the local Philippines dialect, so we choose to offer the opportunity to good health for all where we can.

WHAT THE 6-WEEK INTENSIVE COURSE COVERS...

An advanced course focused on developing GAMSAT exam strategies, tips and tricks in each section that are personalised to you. Requires prior GAMSAT content knowledge. Get exam ready in 6 weeks! Specialised tutors in each section not only cover comprehensive content topics each week and exam required skills, but more importantly walk through the logical reasoning behind why certain content is examined and how this relates to uncovering desired traits in future medical/dentistry school candidates. By the end of the course, students will be ready to apply specific strategies to complete the GAMSAT exam.

Each week of the 6 week section intensives will cover:

☑️ 2 hrs of online class (~40 students)
☑️ In-class GAMSAT-style question sets
☑️ Pre-class activities
☑️ Take-home homework GAMSAT-style questions
☑️ One exclusive drop-in session (for your enrolled Section) to ask your tutors questions

*Please Note: S2 course does not include full essay marking, if you would like to receive comprehensive feedback and marking, please submit your essay to our S2 Marking Service.

First time GAMSAT sitter? Or just need extra support? If you need additional guidance and support, we offer 1-on-1 personalised tutoring. This is only available to students who are also enrolled in the 6-week course. You can enrol into this service here.

INTENSIVES COURSE SCHEDULE

Below is the 6-Week Intensives Course Timetable, classes will run once a week for 6 consecutive weeks. Please note your class preference for your desired Section during checkout.

Students will also be able to attend a drop-in session for their enrolled Section (Students will receive more information about this upon enrolment).
