ABOUT HALAD TO HEALTH

Halad to Health is a not-for-profit GAMSAT tuition, medical interview preparation and health volunteering experience (missions) provider. Across all our services, we believe in mentoring the future doctors and health professionals to have a global and real perspective of health inequalities across the world as they embark on health careers.

Funds raised from all services go towards the Halad to Health Foundation Philippines, who are providing free mental health education and counselling services to some of the most disadvantaged communities in rural Philippines. ‘Halad’ means an ‘offering’ in the local Philippines dialect, so we choose to offer the opportunity to good health for all where we can.

WHAT IS OUR 1-ON-1 PERSONALISED TUTORING PROGRAM...

1-on-1 personalised tutoring program offers students an opportunity to have a more tailored experience to tackle the GAMSAT. Based on a tutor matching system, students will get to pick their tutor based on their personal needs. We manage your entire preparation and plan everything from curriculum to homework and even GAMSAT-style question sets, all to ensure that you will be well equipped with the skills and exam strategies to sit the GAMSAT.

All of our tutors are specialised and highly trained in each GAMSAT section. Our tutors will ask for your personal goals, strengths and weaknesses, and in turn will guide you through comprehensive content topics and the exam required skills.

How will things work?

1. Purchase your desired tutoring pack
2. You will be sent a special booking link where you can read about our team of specialised GAMSAT tutors and book in with your desired tutor
3. After booking your tutoring session, you will be sent a zoom link to attend your session
4. If you have purchased more than one session, you do not need to book them at once (i.e. you can book them over time as you'd like)

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Halad, we understand things can happen as such, if students can’t attend their booked tutoring session, it can be cancelled and rescheduled. However, we do not offer refunds once your purchase has been processed.
