Let your whole system bathe in the harmonising sound waves of 7 quartz crystal sound bowls and the innate, restorative Qualities of the Heart.

Replenish with a relaxing cup of tea and afternoon treats in the Crystal Garden afterwards or experience some sacred time in the Pyramid Meditation Room.

1-1:15pm: Gather and settle.

1:15pm: Meditation leading seamlessly into the playing of the Crystal Sound Bowls for 30-40 minutes. You are free to lay down, sit on a chair or be in whatever position feels comfortable for you.

Short meditation to conclude Sound Bath by 2:15pm.

2:15-3:30pm: Free time to enjoy a replenishing cup of tea with the qualities of the Heart, thanksgiving style treats, time in the Crystal Garden or Pyramid Meditation Room.

There will be plenty of yoga mats,
cushions and chairs available for this event, or bring your own if you prefer.

WHAT TO BRING:

* Blanket if it’s cool (there is a heatpump if needed, and depending on the weather you might also like a light blanket to keep you comfortable and relaxed during your Sound Bath)

* Water or beverage of choice for hydration on your way home (your cells are in reset mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are during and after any body treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key)

* Wear comfortable clothing and bring a jumper, socks if your feet get cold

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you’re mind and body can relax, unwind and be “bathed” and restore itself in harmonising sound waves.

The sound produced by the pure quartz crystal sound bowls creates an immersive sound that fills the room.

The felt vibrations of these “singing” bowls can settle, harmonise, heal and restore your mind and body, without you needing to actively “do” anything but take time for yourself and relax

Similar in state to a deep meditation, REM sleep or a craniosacral treatment, you will be invited to make yourself comfortable, either laying down or in whatever position feels comfortable and supportive for your body.

Sound Baths with me are gentle, intuitively created and bathed in Light and harmonised by the Heart.

This allows your mind-body system to feel at ease, comfortable to connect back to true you, replenish and receive all you need.

With a background in craniosacral osteopathy, mind-body medicine and energy flow, I love co-creating harmonising, beautiful spaces and experiences to allow long standing physical, mental, or emotional stresses and strains to feel safe and comfortable to unwind, blocks to clear and new insights and awarenesses to flow in and be received.

I will be using 7 Pure Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls which resonate at different harmonising frequencies, corresponding to the different chakras or energy centres of the body, to assist your cells and whole being to resonate and calibrate to health, wellbeing, harmony.

Your body does the work for you and attunes to the sounds in its own unique way for you.

I play the bowls intuitively and it is different every time.

The way the bowls are played is such that they resonate at a frequency which automatically matches to what and who is around them, meaning the sounds can harmonise whatever energy is present, and whatever your system is ready to receive.
