Join us for a fun therapeutic gardening workshop hosted by Just Food Collective and RUSU!

We’re getting ready for spring/summer in our Real Foods Cafe urban garden, and we want you to be part of it!

Four awesome sessions are happening this semester, each focusing on a different aspect of mindful gardening.

🪴 Session themes:

11/08 - Seed sowing

25/08 - Prepping the garden for spring (soil care, pruning, etc)

15/09 - Planting spring vegetables / pest control

06/10 - Plant care and Mindful eating

Come learn how to grow your own food, and you’ll even get some free seeds or seedlings to take home to get your garden started.

Oh, and did we mention? A tasty plant-based lunch is on us! 🥙🍴🥗
